Prenatal
Existing clients:
You may begin prenatal exercise in the first trimester, provided you have been cleared by your gynecologist. Your medical clearance must confirm that your pregnancy is stable without complications and that you are fit for prenatal exercise.
New clients / Inactive prior to pregnancy:
If you have not exercised regularly (i.e., at least once per week for an extended period - for more than 1 year) before becoming pregnant, we recommend starting prenatal exercise in the second trimester, once you have been cleared by your gynecologist.
Postnatal
You may return to exercise unless your doctor advises against it. For details, please message us on WhatsApp +852 2456 3899.
Can I join Group Classes? NO
Your safety is our priority. Our regular group classes are not designed to safely support expecting mothers.
For the wellbeing and safety of both mother and baby, we do not allow pregnant individuals to participate in our regular group classes under any circumstances. Please note that credits may be forfeited without exchange or compensation if participation is attempted.
A private session would be recommended instead as they will be better suited for expecting mothers.
